Journalist -working as correspondent with BBC Urdu online & Radio @Karachi. -Earlier worked as contributor to BBC Urdu online for 2 years. -Joined journalism in year 1994 as sub Editor Daily Kawish, a leading Sindhi newspaper. -At Kawish was assigned investigative& in-depth reporting special tasks. -Worked as edition in-charge & Asst News Editor with Kawish. -Worked as in-charge of for Specialised pages, i.e. Women, Children, Political and cultural. -Contributed over one hundred articles, features, investigative & in-depth reports to Kawish -Covered disaster in Thar, cyclone in coastal area. - Organised and conducted public hearing meeting held in different cities by Kawish on different issues and problems -Worked with Aurat Foundation a national level organisation working for women’s rights & violence against women -Worked as member of HRCP Monitoring Team for 1997 Elections -Worked as member of HRCP team on Bonded Labor -Covered visits of foreign dignitaries i.e. L.K Advani’s week long deatied visit of Pakistan, Visit of Jaswant Singh. - Assembly session coverage
